Use Bluing Soap after dealing with difficult people, heavy environments, conflict, before ritual work, or whenever you need to wash the day off in more ways than one.
As you wash, work from the shoulders downward and say:
What is not mine leaves me.
What does not serve me goes.
I am clean. I am clear. I am my own.
Rinse well and get on with your life.
