I have a thing for old silver.
Especially pieces that are a little tarnished, a little scratched, and have clearly lived a life already.
I found these two vintage silverplate pieces, one tray and one wonderfully ornate dish, to use on the altar. I'm not polishing the life out of them. The wear is part of why I picked them.
Use the tray for cards, petitions, ritual tools, stones, charms, bottles, or keeping all those little magical bits from wandering across the altar.
The dish makes a beautiful place for offerings, herbs, stones, jewelry, charms, or other small ritual objects.
Both are old. Both are one of a kind. And both are meant to be used again.
Old things deserve another life.
And frankly, your altar deserves good silver.
