Made with black walnut hull powder and a goat’s milk soap base, this unscented bar is designed around the old magical ideas of protection, separation, strong boundaries, and clearing unwanted influence.
Black walnut has a long place in folk magic associated with breaking attachments, removing unwanted conditions, protection, and creating firm boundaries. It is strong work. Not particularly interested in negotiating.
Goat’s milk brings nourishment, abundance, strength, and restoration to the working while creating a rich, creamy soap.
Use Warding Soap after difficult encounters, when establishing new boundaries, before protection work, after leaving a situation you don't want following you home, or simply when you need to reinforce the line between mine and not mine.
As you wash, work from the shoulders downward and say:
What is mine remains with me.
What is not mine leaves.
My boundaries are strong.
I decide what enters here.
Rinse well and get on with your life.
